Member Application and Agreement

The below named applicant applies to the National Association of Trade Exchanges (NATE) for membership in the association. This application shall not constitute a binding agreement until approved by an authorized Director of NATE, which approval is subject to the sole discretion of the Board of Directors.

Annual Membership $495.00 Cash
NATE Memberships are on an annual basis with renewal due on January 1st of each year.

The applicant agrees to support the purposes of NATE and abide by its Code of Ethics and Bylaws. Applicant understands that membership is not automatic and is subject to review and majority approval by the NATE Board of Directors. Applicant will remain in a Proposed Member status until approved.

Upon membership approval, a written approval notice will be sent to the applicant. Until Proposed Member is approved, identification as a NATE member in any way is not permissible. Applicant authorizes NATE to make inquiries regarding details in the consideration of this application.
