BANC Member Application and Agreement

The below named applicant applies to the National Association of Trade Exchanges (NATE) for the privilege of trading goods and services with the other members of THE BANC. This application shall not constitute a binding agreement until approved by an authorized Director of NATE, which approval is subject to the sole discretion of the Board of Governors.

A detailed list of the complete Trading Rules and procedures may be found on the BANC Rules and Trading Procedures page or sent to you on request. Any transactions through BANC constitue agreement of the most current Trading rules. The BANC Board of Governors may perform credit checks on your business or personally from time to time. Failure to abide by any NATE bylaws, ethics, or BANC Trading Rules may be grounds for immediate suspension or termination from the BANC.
